George Schergen is the Chief Client Officer at Dynamic Logistix (DLX), a third-party logistics provider based in Overland Park, Kansas that combines world-class technology with stellar personal service. He plays a critical role in delivering data-driven insights and personalized support to clients, giving them the confidence to make smarter supply chain decisions. After working in logistics since 2002, George’s background includes valuable knowledge in client relations, corporate leadership, strategic planning, operations, and yield management. A Missouri native, George holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Baker University. He enjoys spending time with his wife, watching his sons play sports, cheering on his daughter at dance competitions, and playing golf when time allows.

Tad Meranda is the Director of Shared Services at Creekstone Farms Premium Beef, where he overseas transportation operations and business analysis. In this role he has implemented systems to improve on-time delivery and reduce shipping costs allowing him to focus on plant operations such as purchasing, warehousing, material and equipment handling and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Creekstone Farms, Tad served as an Industrial Engineer at Tyson Foods and held positions as an Industrial Engineer and Operations Manager at Farmland Foods and is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
